Thanks to the internet, people now a lot of different ways they can make money online while at the comfort of their home. Inboxpays is one of them. It Is a Get Paid To (GPT) site that allows users to earn some points for taking part in a variety of activities on their site. Similar GPT sites include PrizeRebel, Swagbucks and InboxDollars. Essentially, Inboxpays is a market research site that is still in its infant stage but has managed to build a name for itself in the market research industry.
Inbox pays is a legitimate subsidiary company owned by and operated by A&A marketing based in Houston, Texas. It kick-started its operations in May 2004, but its profile on Better Business Bureau (BBB) was started in August 2011. However, on further research on Inboxpays website profile on BBB, I realised that BBB does not yet accredit the site. Nonetheless, this shouldn’t be a cause for alarm because many other GPT sites are not BBB accredited. This Inboxpays review aims at giving you more information on how you can earn cash online from Inboxpays without your credit card.

Things to Consider before Signing Up with Inboxpays
Although Inboxpays offers its customers a chance to make money from the comfort of your home, there a few things that you should keep in mind before you go ahead and signup on Inboxpays. I scoured the website and realised that some of the important things to consider include:
- Only available to citizens of the USA.
- Although they allow even 13-year-old kids to join the website, they cannot withdraw the funds because PayPal has an age limit of 18 years. Below that, you can’t access PayPal, which means you won’t have any other payment option since Inbox pays only uses PayPal.
Features and Benefits
The website offers a lot of different ways that you can get paid. Here are all the available Inbox pay options you can take advantage of to get paid.
1. Paid Offers
Paid Offers are essentially ways you can get paid to perform some simple tasks on the platform. Some of the tasks may include playing games, Inboxpays login, answering quizzes and downloading apps from the website, among others.
Each of these offers differ from one another, each of them coming with different sets of instructions of the ways to earn cash without using your credit card. Therefore, ensure that you read through the instructions carefully because you will need to keep them in mind while performing these tasks.
You can visit the different sub-categories for a chance to make some extra money. All you have to do is visit the cash offers section on the website and choose from any of the sub-categories. They include Free Offers, Work From Home, Financial Offers, Trial Offers, Books and Magazines, Online Services, Home and Garden, among many other sub-categories.
Even if you are not sure about how to go about to make money from these offers, complete an offer while following the instructions and wait for your reward. In my case, I was requested to sign up for a medical survey, and I did. If I were qualified, I could be rewarded $4 for that task. There are different offers you can take advantage of on Inbox pays.
2. Paid Surveys
Since the website isn’t majorly a survey site, there wouldn’t be many surveys, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t available. You may occasionally receive survey invites to earn some money. You have to keep in mind that not all the survey invites you to receive are lucrative or legitimate. Therefore, you should always keep your eyes peeled.
Much like many other surveys, you have to qualify first before you are accepted. Always check the eligibility first before applying for a paid survey. For instance, you may not be accepted to participate in paid surveys if you are not a US citizen. Other qualifications may include age, hobbies and gender, among others. They always get such information from your Inboxpays profile. Try as much as possible to fill these details as honestly as you can.
Once you feel out your profile dishonestly, you will be automatically disqualified from participating in the paid surveys, which means no money for you.
3. Reading Emails
It may be one of the easiest ways of making money on Inboxpays. Although you may not find these offers on your Inbox paid platform, you will earn some money by reading the emails you receive from the website. You have to confirm you read the email by clicking on a link attached in the email sent to you by Inboxpays.
Clicking on the link redirects you to another website, which ears you Cash Mail Credits. Clicking on the link is the only way they will know you read the email. Although the pay you get isn’t that great, make sure you click on the link after receiving the email.
Depending on the email you receive, you can get rewarded with up to $25, or at least according to site’s FAQ. However, I discovered that you could only make a few cents from each email you receive in your email address. To make the most of Cash Mail Credits, consider checking the daily option to get three emails daily. Always provide the correct email address.
4. Referral Program
Many GPT survey sites have a referral program to entice more customers to join their platforms for a chance to make some extra cash. Essentially, you get paid to refer a friend or a family to join the platform. The program is pretty straightforward. When you refer a friend, you get a 10% referral earnings from your friend’s earnings. For instance, if your referral made $30, you will receive a 1% commission of $3.
If you want to take part in this program, download your special referral link from the referrals section and share with your friends and family on different social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and more.
5. Spin A Wheel
Spin A Wheel is a cash game on Inboxpays like on many other GPT survey sites where you can earn a lump sum cash amount. When you spin the wheel, you have a chance of winning anywhere from $0.75 to $100. You only get two free spins, so take advantage of them.
6. Rewards
The site’s reward system is pretty easy to understand. They only offer cash rewards. Once you get at least $50, you can go ahead and request payment, which will be sent to you via PayPal. They don’t offer rewards in the form of donations or gift cards.
However, you need to understand that Inboxpays only pays its members $50 or its multiples. Therefore, if you have accumulated $54 in your account, you will only receive $50, leaving the $4 in your account. The threshold of $50 is probably the highest I’ve seen. Furthermore, before you request your pay-out, you need to ensure that you meet some requirements like a max of $25 in Cash Mail Credits and a minimum of $25 in Spin Wheel credits or offers. These payments are only made on 1st and 15th of every month according to their FAQ.
Social Proof
While writing this analysis, I took some time to scour the internet to see what other people are saying about the site. I discovered that a lot of people loved the site, despite having a very steep withdrawal threshold of $50. Furthermore, I also discovered that in as much as it is a great way of making some extra cash online, you couldn’t expect to get rich from taking surveys and playing games on the site.
Alternatives
if you don’t find Inboxpays as appealing as you might have figured, there are many other alternatives you can consider. Some of these alternatives are:
- FusionCash: Unlike Inboxpays, this site is available to Canadian citizens too. It gives you a chance to get a $5 bonus just for signing up on the website. You can make money by reading emails, referring friends, downloading apps or playing games. They have a minimal pay-out of $25 is significantly lower than that of Inboxpays.
- CashCrate: It is a top-rated GPT site that pays monthly of you have a minimum of $10 in your account. It is even lower than Inboxpays and FusionCash. You can earn money by referrals, watching videos, taking surveys and offers including cash-back offers. You also have to be at least 13 years for you to be accepted as a member on the website.
- SwagBucks: It is a favourite among many GPT enthusiasts who make money from the comfort of their homes. There are many different ways of earning money on SwagBucks, including referrals, shopping online, using their Search Engine, watching videos, performing surveys and more. You get your payments either via gifts of PayPal. They accept customers from different parts of the world, including India, Australia, Ireland, the UK, the US, France and Canada. The minimum age requirement for SwagBucks is also 13 years old. You earn a SwagBucks (SB) point with every action. 100SBs are equivalent to $1.
These are not the only alternatives to Inboxpays. Although there are many others, these three alternatives are the ones that stand out for me. If you are not a US citizen and you want an additional source of money while working from home, you can consider these sites. They also have significantly lower withdrawal thresholds as compared to Inboxpays.
Conclusion
If you are looking for ways to earn money from the comfort of your home, either using your smartphone or computer, you can always sign up on Inboxpays. It is an incredible way of making money online, offering you many different avenues to make money like reading emails, referring friends, take surveys or participating in paid offers, among others. However, if you don’t find Inboxpays as great as you imagine, you can always try SwagBucks. It is one of the best alternatives out there right now.
